Mostly for my own review. Display updates as you type. No fancy "only show if N consecutive matches" filtering.
- Click "Clear" to clear the strings, then type strings into the text fields.
- Click "Random Strings" to fill the text fields with random strings. You can then insert more text into these long strings. For example, insert the sequence "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dogs" into the first text field, copy the same sequence and paste a few times into the second text field, without removing the long strings generated randomly (insert, don't replace), and see how the plot changes.
- Click "Zinc Finger Protein" to show Zinc Finger Protein, compared to itself. Data is from
NCBI Reference Sequence: NM_002383.2
I think this is the same as the example in
Note that I only show the center portion as I do not (yet?) implement fancy scrolling capability.
